BODYWEIGHT AND KETTLEBELL 16-MINUTE WOD

Mt. Tam crushed HQ yesterday, thanks to Jared for giving me a very fast rabbit to chase--lots of room for improvement in HQ's climbing. Things are a little different without Griffith Park climbing repeats in the backyard, that's for sure.

Today's 16-minute WOD comes from the Illustrated Man, EM. Thanks for sharing bro.

12 squats

10L/R 26.5# kb snatch
10 44# kb swing
10 10# medball wall ball
2 min. bear crawl

25 push ups
