16-Minute Bodyweight Burner

Add this after today's ride. It only takes 16 minutes and will give you that extra gas and crash-proofed posture that will stop you from spilling into a million little pieces on the road like humpty dumpty--or a Schleck.

Cycle the following movements, 30 sec per movement, until 16 minutes has elapsed.

T push-up
Squat jump
Pull-up
Windshield wiper leg raise
Burpee
Live Alive.
