-bicycle crunch w/feet in loops

-plyo wall jumps (3.5’ wall)
3 minutes very easy spin on spinning bike
-hip press
-single-leg ham curl
-single-leg ham curl
-rollup squat (just bodyweight)
-balance board
-2-legged squat jumps up 50 stairs
3 minutes very easy spin on spinning bike
-pike
-pike pendulum
-pike oblique crunch
-side plank w/tap
-side plank w/tap
-pullup
-balance board
-plyo wall jump
3 minutes very easy spin on spinning bike
-Suspended lunge w/hop (R)
-Suspended lunge w/hop (L)
-hip press
-ham curl
-balance board
-plyo wall jump
5 minute cooldown on spin bike
Damn, that was a difficult workout!
