WOD 11-21-09: DOUBLE TROUBLE

30 minutes total as follows:
5 min. ez warmup on Concept 2 rowing erg
9 min. C2 rowing tabata
(8 x (:20 all-out, :10 ez))
1 min. Ez row
(8 x (:20 all-out, :10 ez))
Then, directly to cycling erg for:
2 min. Ez spin
9 min. Cycling erg. tabata:
(8 x (:20 all-out, :10 ez))
1 min. ez spin
(8 x (:20 all-out, :10 ez))
Then:
5 min. Ez spin
