TOUR DE FRANCE TRAINING 12: RENSHAW BUTTS HEADS AND I'M STILL FLY

Time for another installment of the crash-proofed cyclist. Don't let the Mark Renshaw on your local ride make a Julian Dean headbutt bitch out of you. . . And peep that photo of McEwen above. He's in same position Renshaw was in during Cavendish leadout--his elbow is behind rider in front of him, his ass got hooked and he's retaliating with a headbutt. No bueno! Don't try that at your local crit. Hell, I remember back when I raced with Mark Paul Gossaler (yes, Zach of Saved by the Bell fame--homeboy was hella fast) for Veloworx down in LA, the Notorious MPG got a win taken away from him for riding no-handed across the finish line.

Cyclists hit this cardio strength TRX high intensity interval training circuit for a metabolic blast and improved balance, agility, and moblity that will help you avoid crashes and stay upright--and limit the severity of your injuries if you do eat asphalt.
Wod: :30 sec of 2 TRX movements in A sequence followed by :30 sec of one move from B until you've completed all TRX movements

Between trx movements :30 seconds of one move from following circuit per break between trx
-Thera Band walk
-Med ball throw and chase
-Over/under rope
