1 x 10 (x 300 meter) all out sprints on the bike.

3 minutes recovery between sprints, very easy pedaling.

Focus on form.

Maintain intrathoracic pressure.

Channel power through core.

Focus on leg speed, front to back weight distribution, and side to side balance.

Channel all effort into generating as much force as possible.

Drill it.
