Adventures in the Multiverse: Bike High Intensity Interval Training

Hit the Morning Wakeup groove grease, spin ez for 10, ramp up to LT 1 x (slowly progress to LT), then hit this, recovery intervals are half of interval time.
Climb intrvls x 5 (2 min)
Tt intrvls x 2 (10 min)
Sprints x 5 (all-out from dead start, 200 meters)
10-1 push-ups, pull-ups
