WARM UP:
19 squats
1 static hold 1 min. squat

WOD:
10 wall-ball throws w 9lb medball
farmers carry 20kg/24kg bells, 100 meters
x5 (alt. bells l/r each carry)
20 ball slams

go see stars in the daylight of the parking lot

fish w rice/beans lunch
