warm-up -
25 jumping jacks, 20 air squats, 15 lunges, 10 T-Pushups

WOD -

26.5# kbell - 10L/10R snatch-40#dumbell farmers carry, 100ft.: 3 reps total, no rest
44# kbell swing 10x, rest 30sec, 3 reps
35# kbell single leg deadlift, 10 each side
10# medball slam x20
