15 min warmup on single speed road bike
THEN:
10-1 pullup/incline pushup/lateral lunge (10-1 both sides)/stepup (10-1 both legs) on 2 foot high bench
THEN:
(without rest as continuous circuit)
10-1 TRX postural squat/hanging leg raise
+ TRX shoulder circuit (4 movements x 5 reps per movement, consecutively)
AFTER:
15 min. Tempo on bike back to HQ.
Travel should never be a training limiter.
